The Training & Business Company is a Tasmanian owned Registered Training Organisation (60101). We provide training and assessment in a range of nationally accredited vocational training programs.
We deliver our services to a wide range of industry areas, including the unique needs of the Tasmanian Sport & Recreation sector.
Our services are aimed primarily at organisations that wish to allow their staff to complete training whilst still on the job. Our service involves coming to your place of work, and providing training and assessment in conjunction with daily work practices, which allows us to keep our rates highly competitive.
Our programs combine work with a structured training program, developing an employee's skills and knowledge as well as providing them with a Nationally Recognised Qualification. Our qualifications may entitle the employer to State and/or Commonwealth government incentives and rebates to help offset or pay for the cost of training.
Our expert assessors and trainers offer a wide range of up-to-date and practical industry experience and skills in their given areas.
