MENTORING WORKSHOP

Mentoring can be a valuable tool to help staff improve their knowledge, skills and confidence as well as achieve the requirements of the workplace. Having suitably skilled mentors is essential to ensure all staff receive a positive mentoring experience. The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) has developed a mentoring program to assist in the training of mentors in sport, but the techniques transfer equally to the workplace.
